Growth: export Receivables report and use the following prompt with Copilot/Claude/ChatGPT
"Analyze premium growth from my receivables data. Create a new sheet with:
1. Monthly summary table showing:
Year, Month, Gross Premium (summed from column W based on effective_date in column K)
Month-over-month $ change and % growth
Year-over-year $ change and % growth
2. Yearly summary table with:
Total premium by year
YoY growth rates
3. Key metrics box at the top:
Total premium (all time)
Latest month premium
Latest MoM and YoY growth %
4. Four charts:
Monthly premium trend (line chart)
Annual premium by year (column chart)
MoM growth rate (column chart)
YoY growth rate (column chart)
Use formulas (SUMIFS, etc.) so the analysis updates automatically. Format currencies and percentages appropriately."
Aged receivables: export AR Triage tab and use the following prompt with Copilot/Claude/ChatGPT

- Buckets: Current, 1–30, 31–60, 61–90, 90+.
- Create summary KPIs: Total Open Balance, Open Invoices, Past Due Balance, Past Due Invoices, Partially Paid Count, Oldest Days Past Due.
- Add an aging summary by bucket with invoice count, open balance, % of total, average balance, and largest balance.
- Create a detailed invoice ledger with: Invoice ID, Customer, Status, Type, Due Date, Days Past Due, Aging Bucket, Billing Company, Account Manager, Amount, Balance, Partially Paid?, Paid Amount.
- Only flag partially paid invoices when Balance > 0 and Balance < Amount.
- Do not flag cases where Balance > Amount as partial payments.
